This is a great opportunity to set up an Employee Benefits department for a well regarded financial planning firm and top 20 chartered accountants.  It will give you an exciting challenge to be part of building a success business and be very much part of the decision making.

 

You will need strong technical expertise in all areas of employee benefits including flexible benefits and have experience of working with accountants.  Ability to build relationship, comfortable with dealing and presenting to business owners, senior executives, board member and members of staff to gain new business opportunities.  Experience of charging fees for client reports and fees for transactions is advantageous.

 

You will be responsible for cultivating business opportunities from the partners of the top 20 firm of chartered accountants, HR company and own sources.  Also you will look for business opportunities to refer financial planning enquiries to the Financial Planning Director and mortgages to the consultants in New Malden.  You will report to and work with the Managing Director, but have the freedom to develop your own proposition within the business

 

The position will be based from one of the London offices, or New Malden with trips to the City office and occasional trip to HR Insights in Romford. Other offices include St. Albans, West End, and Redhill. Salary is dependent on experience, plus bonus, pension scheme, and other generous employee benefits.
