Our client is an LLP and been established for four years, there are five partners, an associate partner and a dedicated administration team.  They are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to become a partner within the business, who can benefit from the brand they have built and have an input in the day to day decisions of the business.  

Between them have over 60 years of experience within the financial planning industry and a long list of qualifications to match.  They pride themselves on being able to build close working relationships with their clients and give them the best financial advice possible so that they may achieve their lifetime goals.  They focus on creating personalised financial strategies for them, devise a bespoke strategy and continue to work with them throughout their lifetime to ensure they are on course to achieve their dreams.

They work in the offices in Farringdon, which is a beautifully converted piano factory with an abundance of character, wonderful original features and real charm; a great ice breaker with new clients and a delight to visit for ongoing clients. 

The individual will be confident, with a history of writing good business and someone that prides themselves on providing good quality long term advice, and not transactional business. Fee based background preferred.

It is preferred that the successful individual is AFPC qualified or equivalent, but if not at least progressing towards higher qualifications. The individual does not need to be a technical expert as they have technical support on hand.  As a firm they would like to apply to become a Chartered Financial Planning firm, and therefore if the individual holds Chartered status it would be helpful but not essential.
