This great opportunity is in the Branch Based Division of the business.  The Regional Manager is looking for a high calibre, self starting individual with excellent relationship building skills and a successful track record in financial services sales. Bancassurance background is preferred but other top performers will be considered.

There are three main resource areas for the Adviser to be developing. 

Branch leads

Harrow branch is targeted to produce a minimum of 43 leads per quarter. The Branch currently has approximately 87 million pounds of customer funds on deposit placing it within the top 5hhighest in the country.  All Skipton Building Society Branch staff take part in an excellent bonus scheme which pays based on performance against both lead and commission targets.

Review Portfolio

There is also a portfolio of over 300 clients which would be allocated; these clients have been relationship managed by the previous adviser. The portfolio has an average value of £32,000 and continues to be a superb source of business. 

Seminars

Throughout the year a number of seminars can be run. These will be arranged by our experienced Head Office Marketing Department and presented by our professional team.

Earnings Potential

This branch has the potential for delivering results and the earnings that reflect that success.  OTE will be in the region of £45,000 rising to £58000 at 125% and to £74000 at 150% 0f target.
