Over the last few years we have been experiencing record levels of employment in the UK and this has made it increasingly difficult to locate and attract employees within specialist disciplines using traditional recruitment methods.
There are very few individuals who can be truly described as outstanding within their field. We identify and specifically target the key individuals who have acquired the skills and disciplines that you need and who tend to be the higher achievers. In addition, these key individuals are not usually actively looking to move and do not read adverts or apply to recruitment agencies. Our job is therefore to attract these individuals for our clients. Using headhunters is the only way for clients to access this potentially rich source of candidates.
We aim to provide a focused and professional solution to our clients’ immediate needs, with a view to building a long term partnership offering a consultancy service which provides added value in terms of guidance, advice and market information to a select portfolio of clients.
Finally, we expect to be judged on the service, success and results we provide our clients. We will continue to achieve results through a proactive approach to securing high quality individuals, knowledge of the profession and a commitment to success.
In respect of candidate screening, we undertake to interview candidates in person where possible. Wherever this is not possible as general practice, we would allocate a greater period of interview time for telephone screening rather than face to face in order to compensate for a lack of meeting.
Unlike the majority of our competitors, our Consultants are targeted purely on results and the focus is quality rather than quantity.

In today’s highly competitive market it is imperative that you as the individual source the right business to satisfy your career plan. We appreciate that we may have headhunted you on behalf of one of our clients and that you are not actively looking to move, therefore it is imperative to have a good working relationship with us. You must feel secure in the knowledge that we are considering your needs too and not just the client and that you can feel confident that you can trust us and know that any conversation is in the strictest of confidence.
Every individual will have differing needs and we strive to establish a thorough understanding of your desired role, company profile, salary expectations, opportunities for promotion and overall job satisfaction. Knowledge of you core skills, experience and aspirations can help us ensure that we are totally clear of what direction you see you career path taking. This in turn gives us the ability to gage whether the opportunity we contacted you about initially is suitable or when future projects arise if we feel they may be of interest to you and therefore make contact with you again.
Our policy and our commitment to our candidates is that we will only present you to a client with your permission and this is generally in the form of calling the client to enthuse about you over the telephone and then the CV would follow to back up my conversation and for reference in the meeting with you.
We will provide detailed information about the company and the specific opportunity that we have contacted you about or you have shown interest in. This will include access to the client’s website, notes from our meeting with the client and key members of staff, job specification, company brochures and newsletter where possible.
