Criteria

  • You will be responsible for our client’s internal systems and processes which underpin all client activity and relationships and provide management with internal MI to manage the business.
  • Define and document a robust end to end process to record all relevant and necessary client documentation
  • Define and select suitable IT system to implement the defined processes
  • Produce relevant adviser related KPI’s to assist management in driving growth of the business
  • Produce monthly TCF MI reports together with analysis and recommendations for the board of Directors
  • Work with the compliance department to ensure all client records are at all times compliant and where lacking to implement remedial action within suitable timeframe(s).
  • Conduct all adviser training on use and implementation of the company’s systems and processes
  • Oversee day to day management and quality of all client record
