Mortgage Advisor required for a bespoke mortgage brokerage based in Mayfair, London. The advisor will analyse client’s ongoing mortgage needs providing mortgage advice from the whole of market.

Ideally an applicant will be dynamic in self sourcing appointments from their own existing client bank and by utilising the 3000+ client bank within the organisation.

A minimum of 12 months regulated mortgage advice experience is essential together with a demonstrable good sales track record.

Applicants must be articulate, well presented and possess an excellent telephone manner.

Requirements

• CeMAP (or equivalent) preferably with CeFA or FPC
  
• Applicants will need to be computer literate in Word, Excel and Mortgage Brain.
