Role

To provide employee benefit financial planning advice in a way that meets and exceeds the clients expectations while taking responsibility for fee generation, business development;;

  • You will be responsible for generating fee income by delivering employee benefit planning / investment advice to and managing relationships with, a mixed portfolio of corporate clients
  • Meeting with scheme members face-to-face to provide advice
  • You will be responsible for achieving fee opportunities through the delivery and advocacy of the Employee Benefits Investment Proposition, by targeting specific markets
  • Developing strategic alliances with appropriate external professional connections and with other departments within the company
  • Providing technical expertise to partners, clients and other members of staff
  • Motivate and coach team members and identify training & development opportunities, while providing feedback through regular communication and timely appraisals
  • Actively involved in office marketing events and an ambassador of the firm
  • Awareness of the wide range of services the firm offers and suggests innovative products whilst pro actively identifying cross selling opportunities
  • Undertakes relevant training & development, as identified in order to develop both technical & personal skills
  • Adheres to the firms risk management policies and procedures
  • Carries out any other duties to meet with the needs of the business
